Mr. Anup Khandelwal

Mr. Anup Khandelwal

Chairman & Director

With over 35 years of experience in Capital Markets, Mr. Anup Khandelwal brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to Vardhaman. He has previously served as the National President and Regional Chairman of ANMI and chaired the Asia Securities Forum, representing 22 member countries.

He currently leads the Compliance and Distribution business, continuing to contribute his experience and perspective to Vardhaman's evolving financial ecosystem. He is also actively associated with social organisations, including the Lions Club.

Shivam Khandelwal completed his Postgraduate Program (MBA) from SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy, and a Management Development Program (MDP) from IIM Indore.

With over five years of professional experience at organisations including ICICI Bank, Grip Invest, and Elara Capital, he represents the third generation of entrepreneurs in his family. He currently heads Vardhaman's Technology and Business Development divisions, contributing to the continued evolution of its digital capabilities and financial ecosystem.

Director & Research Head

A Commerce and Law graduate with over 30 years of experience in stockbroking, Suresh Khunteta brings extensive knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis, supported by specialised training.

He currently heads Vardhaman's Equity Research and Corporate Relationships divisions, reinforcing the importance of disciplined research and long-standing relationships in an evolving market environment. He is also actively involved in social organisations, including the Rotary Club.

Anil Khandelwal joined the family business in 1980 and brings over four decades of experience in Capital Markets.

He currently leads Vardhaman's Institutional Dealing and Finance divisions, contributing his extensive market experience to the organisation's continued growth and operational discipline. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he remains actively involved in social welfare and community service through various organisations.
